We’ve all heard the saying – “it takes a village to raise a child.” At Hazelwood you have a built-in village full of people in our school community.  Strengthen those relationships and grow your village at the Grade Level Grown Up Gatherings. Meet up with other parents and caregivers to Cultivate Connections in a casual setting.  Plan playdates\, exchange contact info\, start a book club or a new friendship. They are setting up some evenings for the remainder of the year to have dialogue with families around topics of interest. With the recent lockdown\, the first topic will be Safety and Security at Hazelwood Elementary. \nThe number one priority for the administration is to implement the highest level of protection and security at our school. They are learning all the time and are open to input while they continue to provide a safe learning space for our students and staff. They look forward to this evening and continue cultivating connections with families!
