DESCRIPTION:COLLECTING DONATIONS UNTIL OCT 3RD!\nThe Mustang Stampede Fun Run is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year! Hazelwood students will be running to help our school raise $30\,000 for STEM enrichment\, technology resources\, community events\, garden and art supplies and curriculum\, books for all grades\, music and P.E. resources and and most of all supports and enriches the education of all students in our community. Students will have the opportunity to win some amazing prizes at the end! \nSetup a PLEDGESTAR account to make a donation!\nPledgeStar will also allow your child to easily get sponsored and request donations from friends and family. SUMMARY:Walk to School Challenge
DESCRIPTION:Hazelwood PTSA is celebrating National Walk To School Day to help our students learn how to walk to school safely and create healthy daily habits. Students (along with their caregivers) will meet at Risdon Field at 7:45am and walk to Hazelwood together. Mr. Henley will lead us in some stretches and warm-ups. Bus riders will join us at Hazelwood and walk around the playground and field before heading to their classrooms. \nPlease take note that the nature trail we’ll be taking includes a dirt/gravel path and some stairs.
