The Hazelwood Elementary PTSA Nomination Committee hereby submits the following names into nomination:

CO-VP EVENTS: MEGAN COYNE & CHANNY SEA
VP FUNDRAISING: ALEXIS FLEMING
VP PROGRAMS: ASHLEY PHILLIPS

The nominating committee has confirmed that all nominees have been a member of a PTA for at least 15 days prior to the election, and meet other requirements as stated in the WSPTA Uniform Bylaws. Additional nominations may be made from the floor with the consent of the nominee on April 15 at the voting meeting.
