Admin & Staff Family Game Night

Hazelwood Staff & Administration invite you to their annual Potluck & Family Game Night! Games will start at 6pm!
If you are able and would like to bring a dish, please note below the suggestions assigned for each grade:

| Kindergarten | Finger Foods |
| First | Desserts |
| Second | Main Dish |
| Third | Main Dish |
| Fourth | Vegetarian Dishes |
| Fifth | Fruits, Veggies, Salads |
If you have more than one child at school, feel free to select a grade to bring an item from.
We ask that you take note of any common allergens in your dish: peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, wheat and soy.
Staff & Admin will provide cards for you to denote common allergens/ingredients at the event.
PTSA Acorn Awards will presented at the end of the evening!
