Amgen Gift Matching Program

Amgen offers employees a generous gift matching program. As a non-profit organization, Hazelwood PTSA donations qualify. The minimum gift eligible for matching is $50. Gift must be paid, not merely pledged. All requests should be submitted by the employee electronically. Amgen does not use paper forms.

Amgen employees may also request gift matching for volunteer hours! Every 15 hours volunteered by Amgen staff qualifies the organization for a $500 Volunteer Service Grant from the Amgen Foundation. Each additional hour of service after the initial 15 hours with the same organization can yield further grants, up to an annual maximum of $2,000 per full-time staff member and $1,000 annual maximum per part-time staff member. |
